Mechanical.com expired and closed at $102,001 on GoDaddy auctions. The domain name was parked for many years at Sedo. Headquarters.com a company out of Wisconsin looked to be the owner. They famously lost a UDRP 8 years ago for TitleTown.com to the Green Bay Packers. The Packers have developed the name.
Registered in 1995. The domain is registered at Tucows so that may give them a day or two to renew.
