The 36 month lease to own (LTO) sale of the domain Create.xyz has completed via Dan.com.

Mere days before the popular domain selling platform is scheduled to be retired, the buyer has fulfilled their financial obligation.

The total payout price of $80,687.25 dollars was shared by the seller, Syed Mairaj:

The domain Create.xyz was acquired by a company that provides a platform for modern AI tools that create apps without the need to know coding.

Assuming a 15% fee schedule at Dan.com, the domain’s selling price before commission was $92,790 dollars.
